Our innovative "EVOO in a bag" design enhances long-term storage by minimizing oxygen and light exposure and preventing phenol leakage, surpassing traditional glass containers. Unlike conventional bottles, our collapsible bag prevents oxygen ingress, preserving the integrity of the oil.
Olio Organic is best enjoyed in its raw form, either as a standalone spoonful, as a dipping oil, blended into dressings, or drizzled over food. While cooking with Olio Organic does not compromise the oil's quality, some phenols may escape as gas during the process.
Please note that phenol content and oleic acid content are both noted for their potential health benefits, with high phenol oils best consumed in moderation due to the potential lack of necessary oleic acid.
