International Orders
Dear Valued Customer,
Due to the complexities of international shipping, the only way to
obtain our products is to use an international package/freight forwarder.
- One international shipping partner, Shipito, is skilled at arranging international shipments and can negotiate lower rates due to high volumes with many carriers. Shipito staff supports 12 languages for customer communication.
Here’s how it works:
- Go to Shipito and sign up for a free account. You will need to enter your name, country, and email address. Shipito will send an email to that address to confirm your account.
- You will receive a US address from Shipito to be used when purchasing products from www.nemechekprotocol.com. Be sure to add the Suite number (#) or Box number (#) given to you by Shipito to your order. Not adding the suite or box number may delay your parcel when received by Shipito.
- At checkout, do not pick the blue “Checkout” bar, pick the purple “Shop Pay” or yellow “Pay Pal” bars. Otherwise, if your order’s shipping address does not match your billing address, it may trigger a credit card alert, hold your order, and require us to collect personally identifying documentation from you. If you use Shop Pay or Pay Pal to pay, we will not need to get any personal information from you, and your payment will be processed without issue.
- After you place your order with Shop Pay or Pay Pal, we will ship your package the next business day to the Shipito address you entered on the order screen.
- Our 750 ml olive oil products, Vitality Smartcable and all other products ship from three distinct warehouses. Shipito will need to combine the contents of these orders should you purchase two or three of them.
- When Shipito receives the package from us, it will be checked into your account 24-48 hours after it arrives at the Shipito warehouse. Once it is checked in, pictures are taken of the outside of the package to document the box's arrival condition. You will receive an email notifying you of your package's arrival. From this point, you can log in to your account, view your package, and have it shipped to your home.
- Our responsibility is only to ship your package to your international package/freight forwarder in the U.S., and our involvement ends once it is delivered to them. We are not responsible for the shipment of your package from the forwarder to your delivery address.
Because of a growing problem with fraudulent international orders, we're asking our customers to pay for their orders either by PayPal or Shopify's Shop Pay option at checkout. These services help us identify and control fraudulent orders.
**The Nemechek Protocol and its affiliates have no formal relationship with Shipito nor any other freight forwarding service, and as such, we are not responsible for any shipping, handling, or delivery errors that may occur after your order has been delivered to your U.S. address.**
