International Orders
Live outside the United States? You may still be able to order our products.
The Nemechek Protocol ships physical products only to addresses within the United States. International customers may be able to receive their purchases through a U.S.-based package forwarding company. We ship to your U.S. forwarding address; you arrange and pay for international delivery separately.
How international ordering works
1. Choose a package forwarding service
Companies such as Shipito provide a U.S. delivery address and offer international package forwarding. Before placing an order, confirm that the company can forward your specific products to your country and review its current fees and requirements.

2. Get your U.S. delivery address
After setting up an account, use the U.S. address supplied by your forwarding company. Include your assigned suite, box, or account number exactly as provided. Missing this information can delay identification of your package.
3. Place your order with us
At checkout, select United States as the delivery country and enter your forwarding company's U.S. address, including your suite or account number. Use your actual billing information for payment.
For international customers, we ask that you pay using PayPal or Shop Pay when available. Confirm that the delivery address shown by your chosen payment service is the correct U.S. forwarding address. All orders remain subject to payment verification and our normal fraud-prevention checks.
4. Arrange international delivery
We ship your order to the U.S. address you provided. After your forwarding company receives it, follow its instructions to arrange and pay for delivery to your country, including any required customs information.
Your order may arrive in more than one package. Before arranging onward delivery, check that all expected packages have arrived and ask your forwarder whether package consolidation is available and appropriate for your order.
Before you order
- Check product eligibility. Forwarding companies, carriers, and destination countries may have different restrictions. Ask specifically about your selected supplements, olive oil or other food products, and electronic devices. Confirm any quantity limits or documentation requirements before buying.
- Check the full cost. Any shipping charges collected at our checkout cover delivery to your U.S. address only. International forwarding fees, storage or consolidation charges, customs duties, taxes, and other import costs are your responsibility.
- Understand the separate shipping arrangements. We are responsible for shipment to the U.S. address you provide, subject to our shipping policies. International forwarding is arranged independently by you with your forwarding company; we do not manage that service or guarantee its delivery times.
Seeing a shipping message at checkout?
A non-U.S. delivery address cannot be used for physical products. Enter your forwarding company's U.S. address to continue, while keeping your actual billing details. If you still see a shipping error with a complete U.S. delivery address, contact our store for help before placing your order.
