I bought hard copy of the book on Amazon in 2023. There is a difference between hard copy and e-book in DHA dosage. My son is 14 years old. In ebook doctor Nemecheck recommends to take 2-3 capsules, while in hard copy its 2 capsule. Overall the book is a wonderful guidance for me. Thank you!!!
